The South Market is officially open inside the 8th Street Market, bringing with it a confluence of cultures and culinary invention. Here’s a vendor breakdown that should allow you to enjoy the new space in its entirety:

Mai Papaya, A Southeast Asian Kitchen

Open Monday – Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Closed Sundays.

Mai Papaya is fresh, fun and full of flavor, serving up Southeast Asian dishes that are unlike anything else in Northwest Arkansas. Jaye Vang, one of the owners and chefs behind Mai Papaya, said she was excited to bring the area a new flair for food.

“8th Street Market is such a collaborative space,” Vang said.  “To be able to bring my kids here, hang out, it’s exciting to finally have a market destination where you can try something new and have a great experience.”

La Fonda

Open Monday – Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Closed Sundays.

La Fonda is a Colombian kitchen bringing the authentic flavors of Colombian Street Food to the streets of Northwest Arkansas.

Kalye Manila

Bringing the flavors of the Philippines to South Market was the goal of Kalye Manila, a Filipino restaurant that has made quick fans through its extraordinary flavors and authenticity. In just the first few months of being open, Kalye Manila was awarded Celebrate Magazine’s Very Best of 2018 award for “Very Best Asian Food.”
