Workshop: Aerial Pilates combines the traditional Mat exercises with suspension in the hammock.
The aspect of suspension enables a full range of movement while targeting every muscle group. The class will combine stretching and strengthening to support proper alignment. Suspension allows each individual to personalize the resistance thus allowing for modifications for all levels. This class will not include inversions but we will move from floor to standing and finally to full suspension in the silks. Join us for the fun of Pilates in the air!
